Bhabhi Thulla - Card Game Guide
2023-05-28
Bhabhi Thulla is one of the most popular card games played in South Asia. It is similar to the game of Rummy, where players try to collect sets of cards and get rid of their cards as quickly as possible. In this game, players have to avoid collecting the Thulla card, which is the King of Spades. The game can be played with three to six players and requires a standard deck of 52 cards.

To begin the game, the dealer shuffles the cards and deals five cards to each player. The remaining cards are placed in the center of the table and serve as the draw pile. The top card of the draw pile is turned over, and the game begins.

The player to the left of the dealer goes first, and the turn then moves clockwise. Players have two options on their turn. They can either take the top card from the draw pile or take the top card from the discard pile, which is a pile of cards that have been previously played and discarded by players. If a player chooses to take a card from the discard pile, they must use it to form a set of cards and then discard one of their other cards.

The objective of the game is to collect sets of cards, such as three or four of a kind, or a run of three or more consecutive cards of the same suit. Once a player has collected a set of cards, they can lay them on the table face up. The set must contain at least three cards, and the cards must be of the same suit or in consecutive order.

If a player cannot form a set of cards, they must discard one card face up on the discard pile. The game continues until one player has gotten rid of all their cards. At this point, the game ends, and players score points based on the cards they have collected.

Points are awarded based on the value of the cards. Ace, King, Queen, and Jack are worth 10 points each, and number cards are worth their face value. The Thulla card, which is the King of Spades, is worth 40 points. If a player has collected the Thulla card, they automatically lose the game and receive a penalty of 150 points.

If a player wins a round, they are awarded zero points, and the other players receive points based on the cards that are still in their hands. The game is played until one player reaches a predetermined score, usually 500 or 1000 points.

Bhabhi Thulla is a fun card game that requires strategic thinking and luck. It is a perfect game to play with friends and family, and it can provide hours of entertainment. So, gather your loved ones and challenge them to a game of Bhabhi Thulla today!
