GoStop is a popular Korean card-playing game. It's a game of strategy, skill, and luck that's enjoyed by players of all ages. If you're new to GoStop, this guide will walk you through how to play.
Objective:
The objective of GoStop is to win as many points as possible by collecting cards, including bonus cards, and creating special combinations of cards.
Setup:
GoStop is played with a deck of 48 cards, which are divided into different categories: ribbon cards, animal cards, and junk cards. Before the game begins, the dealer shuffles the deck and deals four cards to each player, and then turns over four more cards in the middle of the table, called the "flower bed."
Gameplay:
The game starts with the player to the dealer's left. The player can choose to take one of the cards from the flower bed or draw a card from the deck. The player can then choose to play a card from their hand or from the flower bed.
If the player plays a card from their hand, they can either capture a card from the flower bed or add the card to a set of cards on the table. If the player captures a card from the flower bed, they can only do so if they have a card in their hand that matches the card on the table. The captured card is placed face up in front of the player, and the card used to capture it is placed on top of it.
